Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) for star hotels in Maluku in June 2022 reached 32.34 percent, an increase of 0.80 points compared to May 2022. When compared to the TPK for star hotels in June 2021 which was recorded at 43.04 percent, the TPK for star hotels in Maluku also decreased by 10.70 points.
The room occupancy rate (TPK) for other accommodations in Maluku in June 2022 reached 17.71 percent, an increase of 1.05 points compared to May 2022.
The average length of stay of foreign guests at star hotels in Maluku in June 2022 was 2.27 days or decreased by 2.00 points compared to May 2022. When compared to the same period in 2021, there was an increase in the length of stay of foreign guests by 1.08 points.
The average length of stay of domestic guests at star hotels in Maluku in June 2022 was 1.94 days, or decreased by 0.03 points compared to May 2022. When compared to the same period in 2021, there was also a decrease in the average length of stay of guests. domestic by 1.05 points.
The average length of stay of foreign guests in other accommodations in Maluku in June 2022 is 6.62 days, or an increase of 3.89 points compared to May 2022.
The average length of stay of domestic guests in other accommodations in Maluku in June 2022 is 1.73 days, or an increase of 0.05 points compared to May 2022.
