The room occupancy rate (TPK) of star hotels in Maluku in June 2023 reached 32.40 percent, down 0.66 points compared to May 2023. When compared to the TPK of star hotels in June 2022 which was recorded at 32.34 percent, on the contrary the TPK of star hotels in Maluku experienced an increase of around 0.06 points.
The room occupancy rate (TPK) of other accommodations in Maluku in June 2023 reached 14.52 percent, down 3.28 points compared to May 2023.
The average length of stay of foreign guests at star hotels in Maluku in June 2023 was 3.56 days, up 1.29 points compared to May 2023. When compared to the same period in 2022, there was also an increase in the length of stay of foreign guests by 1.29 point.
The average length of stay of domestic guests at star hotels in Maluku in June 2023 was 1.62 days, down 0.07 points compared to May 2023. When compared to the same period in 2022, there was also a decrease in the average length of stay of domestic guests by 0.32 points.
The average length of stay of foreign guests at other accommodations in Maluku in June 2023 was 1.93 days, down 0.32 points compared to May 2023.
The average length of stay of domestic guests at other accommodations in Maluku in June 2023 was 1.32 days, or decreased by 0.15 points compared to May 2023. When compared to the same period in 2022, there was also a decrease in the average length of stay by 0. .41 points.
