Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) of star hotels in Maluku in December 2022 reached 39.47 percent, an increase of 2.76 points compared to November 2022. When compared to the TPK of star hotels in December 2021 which was recorded at 39.30 percent, the TPK of star hotels in Maluku also experienced an increase of about 0.08 points.
The room occupancy rate (TPK) of other accommodations in Maluku in December 2022 reached 18.92 percent, down 1.69 points compared to November 2022.
The average length of stay of foreign guests at star hotels in Maluku in December 2022 was 4.01 days, up 1.52 points compared to November 2022. When compared to the same period in 2021, there was also an increase in the length of stay of foreign guests by 2. 91 points.
The average length of stay of domestic guests at star hotels in Maluku in December 2022 was 1.88 days, down 0.17 points compared to November 2022. When compared to the same period in 2021, there was also a decrease in the average length of stay of domestic guests by 0.14 points.
The average length of stay of foreign guests at other accommodations in Maluku in December 2022 was 3.79 days, down 1.26 points compared to November 2022.
The average length of stay of domestic guests at other accommodations in Maluku in December 2022 was 1.49 days, or decreased by 0.10 points compared to November 2022. When compared to the same period in 2021, on the contrary there was an increase in the average length of stay by 0 .06 points.
