Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) for star hotels in Maluku in September 2022 reached 32.67 percent, an increase of 5.32 points compared to August 2022. When compared to the TPK for star hotels in September 2021 which was recorded at 42.72 percent, the TPK for star hotels in Maluku decreased by 10.05 points.
The room occupancy rate (TPK) for other accommodations in Maluku in September 2022 reached 20.27 percent, an increase of 2.00 points compared to August 2022.
The average length of stay of foreign guests at star hotels in Maluku in September 2022 was 2.05 days, a decrease of 1.45 points compared to August 2022. When compared to the same period in 2021, on the contrary, there was an increase in the length of stay of foreign guests by 2.05 points.
The average length of stay of domestic guests at star hotels in Maluku in September 2022 was 1.77 days, or a decrease of 0.02 points compared to August 2022. When compared to the same period in 2021, there was also a decrease in the average length of stay of domestic guests. of 0.69 points.
The average length of stay of foreign guests in other accommodations in Maluku in September 2022 is 4.10 days, an increase of 0.10 points compared to August 2022.
The average length of stay of domestic guests in other accommodations in Maluku in September 2022 was 1.54 days, or decreased by 0.34 points compared to August 2022. When compared to the same period in 2021, on the contrary, there was an increase in the average length of stay of 0 ,18 points.
