Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) for star hotels in Maluku in August 2022 reached 27.35 percent, down 4.57 points compared to July 2022. When compared to the TPK for star hotels in August 2021 which was recorded at 37.11 percent, the TPK for star hotels in Maluku also decreased by 9.76 points.
The room occupancy rate (TPK) for other accommodations in Maluku in August 2022 reached 18.27 percent, an increase of 1.13 points compared to July 2022.
The average length of stay of foreign guests at star hotels in Maluku in August 2022 is 3.50 days or a decrease of 1.30 points compared to July 2022. When compared to the same period in 2021, on the contrary, there is an increase in the length of stay of foreign guests by 2, 50 points.
The average length of stay of domestic guests at star hotels in Maluku in August 2022 was 1.79 days, or decreased by 0.16 points compared to July 2022. When compared to the same period in 2021, there was also a decrease in the average length of stay of guests. domestic by 1.38 points.
The average length of stay of foreign guests in other accommodations in Maluku in August is 4.00 days, an increase of 4.00 points compared to July 2022.
The average length of stay of domestic guests in other accommodations in Maluku in August 2022 was 1.88 days, or an increase of 0.26 points compared to July 2022. When compared to the same period in 2021, there was also an increase in the average length of stay of 0 ,50 points.
