Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) for star hotels in Maluku in February 2022 reached 34.44 percent or decreased by 5.92 points compared to January 2022. When compared to the TPK for star hotels in February 2021 which was recorded at 41.10 percent, the TPK for star hotels in Maluku also decreased 6.66 points.
The room occupancy rate (TPK) for other accommodations in Maluku in February 2022 reached 15.20 percent, an increase of 0.18 points compared to January 2022.
The average length of stay of foreign guests at star hotels in Maluku in February 2022 was 5.75 days or an increase of 4.25 points compared to January 2022. When compared to the same period in 2021, there was an increase in the length of stay of foreign guests by 5.75 points.
The average length of stay of domestic guests at star hotels in Maluku in February 2022 was 2.42 days, or decreased by 0.15 points compared to January 2022. When compared to the same period in 2021, there was also a decrease in the average length of stay of guests. domestic by 0.79 points.
The average length of stay of foreign guests in other accommodations in Maluku in February 2022 was 4.38 days, or down 3.62 points compared to January 2022.
The average length of stay of domestic guests in other accommodations in Maluku in February 2022 is 1.50 days, or a decrease of 0.03 points compared to January 2022.
