Abstract

  • The room occupancy rate (TPK) for star hotels in Maluku in January 2022 reached 40.36 percent, an increase of 0.97 points compared to December 2021. When compared to the TPK for star hotels in January 2021 which was recorded at 31.56 percent, the TPK for star hotels in Maluku experienced an increase of 8.80 points.
  • The room occupancy rate (TPK) for other accommodations in Maluku in January 2022 reached 15.02 percent, down 0.76 points compared to December 2021.
  • The average length of stay of foreign guests at star hotels in Maluku in January 2022 is 1.50 days or an increase of 0.40 points compared to December 2021. When compared to the same period in 2021, there is an increase in the length of stay of foreign guests by 1.50 points.
  • The average length of stay of domestic guests at star hotels in Maluku in January 2022 is 2.57 days, or an increase of 0.55 points compared to December 2021. When compared to the same period in 2021, there is a decrease in the average length of stay of domestic guests of 0.10 points.
  • The average length of stay of foreign guests in other accommodations in Maluku in January 2022 is 8.00 days, or an increase of 8.00 points compared to December 2021.
  • The average length of stay of domestic guests in other accommodations in Maluku in January 2022 is 1.53 days, or an increase of 0.10 points compared to December 2021.
