Indonesian Democracy Index Maluku Province 2023

IDI is a composite index that measures democratic behavior from four elements, namely: executive, legislative, judiciary and the wider community. Therefore, the high or low value of the IDI of a region is the responsibility of all parties. IDI has been calculated by BPS since 2009. In the period 2009-2020, there were various changes in regulations, political institutions, and patterns of political participation of the community, so that adjustments were made to the method that began to be applied in 2021. IDI 2023 is the third IDI calculated using the new method.
