Indonesian Democracy Index (IDI) of Maluku Province 2022

IDI is a composite index that measures democratic behavior from four elements, namely: executive, legislative, judiciary and the wider community. Therefore, whether a region's IDI value is high or low is the responsibility of all parties.IDI has been calculated by BPS since 2009. In the 2009-2020 period there were various changes in both regulations, political institutions and patterns of community political participation, so adjustments were made to the method which will be implemented in 2021. IDI 2022 is the second IDI calculated using the new method .
