Analysis of the Maluku Province Data Needs Survey Results 2019

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) is a public institution that owns Duties and responsibilities of providing data and information in the field statistics. This is in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 16 Year 1997 concerning Statistics and Government Regulation Number 51 Year 1999 concerning the Implementation of Statistics. In producing and presenting Statistical data, BPS always tries to pay attention to satisfaction and the quality of service to data users seeking statistical data.BPS always strives to provide better public services. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to identify needs and the level of satisfaction of data users through the Data Needs Survey (SKD). The 2019 SKD enumeration will be conducted from March 2019 until June 2019 and the processing is done online at url:https://skd.bps.go.id. The results of the 2019 SKD activities are presented in the form of published publications analysis of data user characteristics, analysis of data requirements, analysis data quality satisfaction, and performance analysis of service units. This analysisequipped with a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK).
