Analyze of Data Need Survey of Maluku Province 2018

BPS-Statistics of Indonesia is a public institution that has the task and responsibility of providing data and information in the statistical field. This is in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 16 Year 1997 concerning Statistics and Government Regulation Number 51 of 1999 concerning the Implementation of Statistics. In producing and presenting statistical data, BPS always strives to pay attention to satisfaction and service quality to data users who are looking for statistical data. BPS always strives to provide better public services. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to identify the needs and level of satisfaction of data users through the Data Need Survey (SKD). The enumeration of SKD 2018 will be conducted from March 2018 to June 2018 and the processing will be done online on the url: https://skd.bps.go.id. The results of the SKD 2018 activities are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of the characteristics of data users, data requirements analysis, data quality satisfaction analysis, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is complemented by the presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
