Maluku's exports in September 2023 reached US$ 6.48 million or an increase of around 561.28 percent compared to August 2023.
Cumulatively, Maluku's export value from January to September 2023 was US$ 53.80 million or a decrease of around 2.26 percent compared to the same period in 2022.
Maluku's exports in September 2023 will come from the non-oil and gas sector.
Maluku's export destination countries in September 2023 are Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Japan, China and India. The largest export was to China worth US$ 5.57 million.
The total export value of commodities from Maluku exported from ports outside Maluku in September 2023 reached US$ 4.96 million or an increase of 195.55 percent compared to August 2023.
Cumulatively, the export value of commodities from Maluku exported through ports outside Maluku from January to September 2023 reached US$ 36.51 million or an increase of around 54.41 percent compared to the same period in 2022.
Maluku imports in September 2023 reached US$ 28.70 million or an increase of around 3.84 percent compared to imports in August 2023 (US$ 27.64 million).
Cumulatively, the import value from January to September 2023 reached US$ 179.42 million or an increase of around 30.87 percent compared to the same period in 2022.
