  • The cumulative value of Maluku's exports from January to June 2023 was US$ 40.38 million or a decrease of around 1.93 percent compared to the same period in 2022.
  • Maluku exports in June 2023 come from the oil and gas and non-oil and gas sectors.
  • The export destinations for Maluku in June 2023 are Singapore, South Korea, Japan, China, the United States and the Netherlands. The largest export to South Korea was US$ 11.16 million.
  • The total export value of commodities from Maluku that were exported from ports outside Maluku in June 2023 reached US$ 1.22 million, down 86.51 percent compared to May 2023.
  • The cumulative export value of commodities from Maluku that were exported through Maluku outer ports from January to June 2023 reached US$ 23.77 million or an increase of around 66.19 percent compared to the same period in 2022.
  • Maluku's imports in June 2023 reached US$ 16.62 million, a decrease of around 38.89 percent compared to imports in May 2023 (US$ 27.20 million).
  • Cumulatively, the import value from January to June 2023 reached US$ 105.71 million, a decrease of around 16.27 percent compared to the same period in 2022.
