Summary :

The room occupancy rate (TPK) of star hotels in Maluku in February 2023 reached 31.09 percent, an increase of 3.19 points compared to January 2023. When compared to the TPK of star hotels in February 2022 which was recorded at 34.44 percent, on the other hand the TPK of star hotels in Maluku experienced a decrease of around 3.35 points.
The room occupancy rate (TPK) of other accommodations in Maluku in February 2023 reached 17.59 percent, an increase of 2.49 points compared to January 2023.
The average length of stay of foreign guests at star hotels in Maluku in February 2023 was 3.57 days, up 1.17 points compared to January 2023. When compared to the same period in 2022, on the contrary there was a decrease in the length of stay of foreign guests by 2.18 point.
The average length of stay of domestic guests at star hotels in Maluku in February 2023 was 1.74 days, up 0.12 points compared to January 2023. When compared to the same period in 2022, on the contrary there was a decrease in the average length of stay of domestic guests by 0.68 points.
The average length of stay of foreign guests at other accommodations in Maluku in February 2023 was 3.17 days, down 0.56 points compared to January 2023.
The average length of stay of domestic guests at other accommodations in Maluku in February 2023 was 1.63 days, or an increase of 0.29 points compared to January 2023. When compared to the same period in 2022, there was also an increase in the average length of stay by 0. .13 points.
