Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) for star hotels in Maluku in July 2022 reached 31.92 percent or decreased by 0.42 points compared to June 2022. When compared to the TPK for star hotels in July 2021 which was recorded at 30.37 percent, the TPK for star hotels in Maluku experienced an increase of 1.55 points.
The room occupancy rate (TPK) for other accommodations in Maluku in July 2022 reached 17.14 percent, down 0.57 points compared to June 2022.
The average length of stay of foreign guests at star hotels in Maluku in July 2022 is 4.80 days or an increase of 2.53 points compared to June 2022. When compared to the same period in 2021, there is also an increase in the length of stay of foreign guests by 2, 61 points.
The average length of stay of domestic guests at star hotels in Maluku in July 2022 was 1.95 days, or an increase of 0.01 points compared to June 2022. When compared to the same period in 2021, on the contrary, there was a decrease in the average length of stay of guests. domestic by 1.53 points.
During July 2022 there were no foreign guests staying at other accommodations in Maluku, causing a decrease of around 6.62 points compared to June 2022.
