Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) for star hotels in Maluku in May 2021 reached 37.33 percent or decreased by 6.2 points compared to April 2021. When compared to the TPK in May 2020 which was recorded at 20.95, the TPK for star hotels in Maluku increased by 16, 38 points.
The room occupancy rate (TPK) for other accommodations in Maluku in May 2021 reached 10.77 percent or decreased by 1.53 points compared to April 2021.
The average length of stay of foreign guests at star hotels in Maluku in May 2021 is 1.00 days. When compared to the same period in 2020, there was an increase in the length of stay of foreign guests by 1.00 points.
The average length of stay of domestic guests at star hotels in Maluku in May 2021 was 6.19 days, or an increase of 2.86 points compared to April 2021. When compared to the same period in 2020, there was a decrease in the average length of stay of guests domestic by 1.13 points.
The average length of stay of domestic guests in other accommodations in Maluku in May 2021 is 1.47 days, or an increase of 0.04 points compared to April 2021.
