Abstract
Maluku Province's Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) in September 2018 was 100.06, or decreased by 0.35 percent compared to August 2018 which was recorded at 100.41. This decline occurred because It decreased by 0.36 percent, higher than the decrease in Ib recorded at 0.002 percent. Subsectors that experienced a decline in NTP: smallholder plantations (1.52%), livestock (1.03%).
Some agricultural commodities that experienced price declines / contributors to the decline were: food crops: sweet potatoes, corn; horticultural plants: cayenne pepper, red chili, shallots, long eggplant, beans, cabbage, cabbage, chayote, kale, long beans, petai; Smallholder plantation crops: cloves, cocoa, coconut, nutmeg seeds and coffee; livestock: beef cattle, free-range chicken eggs, goats, pigs, free-range chicken; fisheries: selar fish, julung-julung fish, anchovy, mackerel fish
