August 2017 Ambon City Experts Deflation 0.28 Percent and Tual City Deflation 2.05 Percent

Abstract

In August 2017 from 82 CPI cities in Indonesia, there were 35 cities experiencing inflation and 47 cities experiencing deflation. From 2 CPI cities in Maluku Province, Ambon City experienced deflation of 2.08 percent with CPI of 128.03 and Kota Tual experiencing deflation of 2.05 percent with CPI 151.21.

The highest inflation occurred in Lhokseumawe city of 1.09 percent with CPI 125.68 and the lowest inflation occurred in Batam City by 0.01 percent with CPI of 129.50. The highest deflation occurred in Ambon City 2.08 percent with CPI of 128.03 and the lowest occurred in Samarinda by 0.03 percent with CPI of 133.21
