The Projection of Population by Regency/Municipality in Maluku Province 2015-2025

To meet the needs of population data at the Regency /Municipality level, this projection is prepared based on the results of the 2015 Intercensal Population Survey (SUPAS) and in accordance with the national and provincial projections calculation assumptions. The methods used utilize the population growth trend since 2010, where district /Municipality data is available.Regency /Municipality Projection Publications are prepared for the 2015-2025 period with the aim of supporting planning at the Regency/Municipality level in the present and future. The period presented is quite short with consideration so that the trend used is not too distorted, so the results of this projection are still considered realistic. Thus, for now the Central Statistics Agency has provided national, provincial and Regency/Municipality level population projection data that can be utilized by all data users.
