Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) of star hotels in Maluku in June 2024 reached 38.07 percent or increased by 0.59 points compared to May 2024. When compared to the TPK of star hotels in June 2023 which was recorded at 32.40 percent, the TPK of star hotels in Maluku increased by around 5.67 points.
The room occupancy rate (TPK) of other accommodations in Maluku in June 2024 reached 20.98 percent or increased by 2.46 points compared to May 2024.
The average length of stay of foreign guests in star hotels in Maluku in June 2024 was 1.88 days or decreased by 0.61 points compared to May 2024. When compared to the same period in 2023, there was also a decrease in the average length of stay of foreign guests by 1.68 points.
The average length of stay of domestic guests in star hotels in Maluku in June 2024 was 1.75 days or down 0.10 points compared to May 2024. When compared to the same period in 2023, on the contrary, there was an increase in the average length of stay of domestic guests by around 0.13 points.
The average length of stay of foreign guests in other accommodations in Maluku in June 2024 was 1.97 days or down 0.91 points compared to May 2024.
The average length of stay of domestic guests in other accommodations in Maluku in June 2024 was 1.43 days or up 0.01 points compared to May 2024. When compared to the same period in 2023, there was also an increase in the average length of stay of around 0.11 points.
