Abstract

Maluku's exports in February 2024 reached US$ 1.00 million or decreased by around 87.87 percent compared to January 2024.
Cumulatively, the export value from January to February 2023 was US$ 9.22 million or an increase of around 39.33 percent compared to the same period in 2023.
Maluku's exports in February 2024 will come from the non-oil and gas sector.
Maluku's export destination countries in February 2024 are Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Japan and the United States. The largest export to Hong Kong was worth US$ 0.47 million.
The total export value of commodities from Maluku exported from ports outside Maluku in February 2024 reached US$ 1.12 million or decreased by 76.55 percent compared to January 2024.
Cumulatively, the export value of commodities from Maluku exported through ports outside Maluku from January to February 2024 reached US$ 5.91 million or decreased by around 36.46 percent compared to the same period in 2023.
Maluku imports in February 2024 reached US$ 31.60 million or decreased by around 3.18 percent compared to imports in January 2024 (US$ 32.64 million).
Cumulatively, the import value from January to February 2024 reached US$ 64.24 million or an increase of around 181.55 percent compared to the same period in 2023.
