Abstract

  • Maluku's exports in November 2022 reached US$ 6.53 million, a decrease of around 14.05 percent compared to exports in October 2022.
  • Cumulatively the value of Maluku's exports from January to November 2022 amounted to US$ 68.84 million or an increase of around 86.55 percent compared to the same period in 2021.
  • Maluku's November 2022 exports come from the non-oil and gas sector.
  • The export destination countries for Maluku in November 2022 are Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and China. The largest export to China was US$ 5.88 million.
  • The total export value of commodities from Maluku that were exported from ports outside Maluku in November 2022 reached US$ 3.94 million, down 45.90 percent compared to October 2022.
  • Cumulatively the export value of commodities from Maluku that were exported from ports outside Maluku in January to. November 2022 reached US$ 34.72 million, an increase of 120.00 percent compared to the same period in 2021.
  • Maluku's imports in November 2022 reached US$ 6.65 million, a decrease of around 77.36 percent compared to imports in October 2022 (US$ 29.38 million).
  • The cumulative value of Maluku's imports from January to November 2022 reached US$ 173.13 million, an increase of 41.67 percent compared to the same period in 2021.
  • During January-November 2022 the countries of origin for Maluku imports are Singapore, Malaysia and China. The largest import came from Singapore with a value of US$ 138.35 million.
