Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) for star hotels in Maluku in October 2021 reached 42.77 percent, an increase of 0.05 points compared to September 2021. When compared to the TPK for star hotels in October 2020 which was recorded at 46.90 percent, the TPK for star hotels in Maluku decreased by 4.13 points.
The room occupancy rate (TPK) for other accommodations in Maluku in October 2021 reached 14.98 percent, an increase of 0.83 points compared to September 2021.
The average length of stay of foreign guests at star hotels in Maluku in October 2021 is 6.86 days. When compared to the same period in 2020, there was an increase in the length of stay of foreign guests by 6.86 points.
The average length of stay of domestic guests at star hotels in Maluku in October 2021 was 2.15 days, or decreased by 0.31 points compared to September 2021. When compared to the same period in 2020, there was a decrease in the average length of stay of domestic guests. of 0.98 points.
The average length of stay of domestic guests in other accommodations in Maluku in October 2021 is 1.42 days, or an increase of 0.06 points compared to September 2021.
