Abstract

  • Maluku's exports in August 2021 reached US$ 0.67 million or decreased by about 96.91 percent compared to exports in July 2021.
  • Cumulatively, Maluku's export value from January to January. August 2021 amounted to US$ 32.70 million or decreased by 7.67 percent compared to the same period in 2020.
  • Maluku's exports in August 2021 came from the non-oil and gas sector. Maluku's export destinations in August 2021 are Singapore, Vietnam and Japan. The largest export to Vietnam was US$ 0.47 million.
  • The total value of commodity exports from Maluku exported from ports outside Maluku in August 2021 reached US$ 1.03 million, down 28.67 percent compared to July 2021.
  • Cumulatively, the export value of commodities from Maluku exported from ports outside Maluku was from January to January. August 2021 reached US$ 10.04 million, up 3.48 percent compared to the same period in 2020.
