Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) of star hotels in Maluku in March 2021 reached 41.40 percent or an increase of 0.30 points compared to February 2021. When compared to the ROR for March 2020, which was recorded at 26.92, the ROR for star hotels in Maluku had increased by 14, 48 points
The room occupancy rate (TPK) of other accommodations in Maluku in March 2021 reached 12.64 percent, an increase of 0.39 points compared to February 2021.
There are no foreign guests staying at star hotels or other accommodations.
The average length of stay of domestic guests at star hotels in Maluku is 2.75 days, or a decrease of 0.46 points compared to February 2021. When compared to the same period in 2020, there was an increase in the average length of stay of guests domestic by 0.72 points.
The average length of stay of domestic guests at other accommodations in Maluku in March 2021 is 1.32 days, or a decrease of 0.24 points compared to February 2021.
