Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) of star hotels in Maluku in October 2020 reached 46.90 percent or an increase of 0.02 points compared to September 2020. When compared to the ROR for October 2019 which was recorded at 49.38 percent, the ROR for star hotels in Maluku has decreased by 2 , 48 points.

The room occupancy rate (TPK) of other accommodations in Maluku in October 2020 reached 12.98 percent, an increase of 3.44 points compared to September 2020.

The average length of stay of domestic guests at star hotels in Maluku was 3.13 days, or decreased by 3.25 points compared to September 2020. When compared to the same period in 2019, there was an increase in the average length of stay of domestic guests by 1.13 points.

There are no foreign guests staying at star hotels or in other accommodations.
