DEVELOPMENT OF HOTEL ROOM OCCUPANCY RATES IN MALUKU PROVINCE, JULY 2020

The room occupancy rate (TPK) of star hotels in Maluku in July 2020 reached 40.50 percent or an increase of 1.75 points compared to June 2020. When compared to the ROR for July 2019 which was recorded at 37.79 percent, the ROR for star hotels in Maluku has increased by 2 , 71 points
The room occupancy rate (TPK) of other accommodations in Maluku in July 2020 reached 7.96 percent or an increase of 1.76 points compared to June 2020.
There were no foreign guests staying at star hotels in Maluku in July 2020. When compared to the same period in 2019, there was a decrease in the average length of stay of foreign guests by 1.00 points.
The average length of stay of domestic guests at star hotels in Maluku was 4.47 days, or decreased 0.10 points compared to June 2020. When compared to the same period in 2019, there was an increase in the average length of stay of domestic guests amounting to 2.45 points.
There are no foreign guests staying at other accommodations in Maluku in July. This figure did not change from June 2020. The average length of stay of domestic guests at other accommodation in Maluku in July 2020 was 1.55 days, or decreased by 0.32 points compared to June 2020.
