Abstract

In April 2018 from 82 CPI cities in Indonesia, there were 54 cities experiencing inflation and 28 cities experiencing deflation. Ambon City experienced deflation of 0.53 percent with CPI 126.57 and Tual City experienced deflation of 2.26 percent with CPI of 147.10.
The highest inflation occurred in Merauke City of 1.32 percent with CPI of 138.07 and the lowest inflation occurred in Kota Kudus and Kota Padang by 0.01 percent with CPI of 138.91 and 137.20 respectively. The highest deflation occurred in Tual City of 2.26 percent with CPI of 147.10 and the lowest was in Medan, Bandar Lampung and Tegal at 0.01 percent with the CPI of 137.65; 133,39; and 128.61.
