Abstract

Room occupancy rate (TPK) of star hotels in Maluku in August 2017 reached 41.22 percent or an increase of 0.12 points compared to July 2017. Similarly, if compared to the ROR of August 2016 which recorded at 32.94 percent, ROR for star hotels in Maluku experienced an increase of 8.28 points. The non-star hotel room (TPK) rate of non star hotels in Maluku in August 2017 reached 20.89 percent or increased by 0.83 points compared to July 2017.
Similarly, if compared to the ROR of August 2016 (19.11 percent), non-star hotel TPK in Maluku increased by 1.78 points. The number of foreign guests staying at star-rated hotels in Maluku during August 2017 was 506, an increase of 34.57 percent compared to July 2017.
