Abstract

Room occupancy rate (TPK) star hotels in Maluku month of February 2017 reached 40.33 percent, up 14.35 points compared to January 2017. Similarly, when compared with TPK February 2016 it stood at 38.07 percent, TPK star hotel in Maluku experienced an increase of 2.26 points. Room occupancy rate (TPK) non-star hotels in Maluku month of February 2017 reached 21.94 percent, an increase of 1.71 points compared to January 2017. Similarly, when compared with TPK February 2016 (19.42 percent), TPK star hotel in Maluku experienced an increase of 2.52 points.
The number of foreign guests staying in star hotels in Maluku during the month of February 2017 as many as 325 people, a decrease of 14.47 percent compared to January 2017. As for domestic guests amounted to 8989 people, up 22.77 percent compared to January 2017. The number of foreign guests staying The non-star hotels in Maluku during the month of February 2017 as many as 315 people, an increase of 211.88 percent compared to January 2017. as for domestic guests amounted to 18 014 people, an increase of 7.26 percent compared to January 2017.
