Abstract

Room occupancy rate (TPK) star hotels in Maluku month of November 2016 reached 38.23 percent, an increase of 3.08 points compared to October 2016. However, when compared with TPK November 2015 when it stood at 49.67 percent, TPK star hotel in Maluku experience decline 11.44 points. TPK-star hotel in Maluku period January - November 2016 the average reaches 35.33 percent, down 7.09 points compared to January-November 2015 stood at 42.42 per cent.
The number of guests staying at the hotel in Maluku during the month of November 2016 as many as 8343 people, with the details of as many as 379 foreign guests and domestic guests as many as 7,964 people. Compared with October 2016, the number of guests in November 2016 has decreased by about 5.20 percent. Similarly, when compared with November 2015 which recorded as many as 9233 people, the number of guests in November 2016 has decreased by about 9.64 percent. The number of guests staying at the hotel in Maluku during the period January - November 2016 is as much as 88 531 people, down 1.93 percent over the same period in 2015.
