Labor Force Participation Rate (LFPR) in August 2016 amounted to 64.51 percent

Abstract

The labor force in the province of Maluku in August 2016 reached 743 149 people, increased by 15 890 people compared to the labor force in August 2015 that as many as 727 259 people, or an increase of 2.18 percent. The number of people working in Maluku province in August 2016 as many as 690 786 people, increased by 35 723 people compared to the state in August 2015 that as many as 655 063 people, or an increase of 5.45 percent.

Labor Force Participation Rate (LFPR) in August 2016 amounted to 64.51 percent, an increase compared to August 2015 when it stood at 64.47 per cent. While Unemployment Rate (TPT) in Maluku province in August 2016 amounted to 7.05 percent, down 2.88 points compared to TPT August 2015 amounted to 9.93 percent.
