Abstract

Farmer (NTP) Maluku province in September 2016 amounted to 101.52, down by 0.74 per cent compared to August 2016 were recorded at 102.28. The decrease was caused by lower index of prices received by farmers (It) of 0.56 percent while the index of prices paid by farmers (Ib) have increased by 0.19 percent.
NTP highest in September 2016 is still going on horticultural crops subsector, which reached 113.08 while the lowest was in the NTP smallholder tree crops subsector which still remained at a level below 100 is equal to 93.92.
The decline was contributed by lower NTP NTP three (3) sub-sector, which is still the highest in food crops, at 2.01 percent, followed by fisheries subsector by 1.00 percent and Smallholder Crop subsector amounted to 0.98 percent. While horticultural crops and livestock sub-sector increased NTP respectively 0.07 percent and 0.84 percent.
