Abstract

            Human development in Maluku in 2015 continued to progress marked by continuous increase in the Human Development Index (HDI) Maluku. In 2015, IPM has reached 67.05 Maluku. This figure increased by 0.32 point compared to the HDI Maluku in 2014 which amounted to 66.74. In 2015, human development in Maluku is still a "moderate", still the same as in 2014. The HDI status Maluku in 2015 grew by 0.48 percent compared to 2014.
             During the period 2014 to 2015, HDI-forming components also increased. Newborns have a chance to live up to 65.31 years, up 0.30 years compared to previous years. Children 7 years of age have the opportunity to go to school for 13.56 years, up 0.03 years compared to 2014. Meanwhile, the population aged 25 years and above are the average has been studying for 9.16 years, an increase of 0, 01 years compared to previous years. Expenditure per capita (constant 2012 prices) community has reached 8.026 million in 2015, an increase of Rp 100.44 thousand rupiah compared to the previous year.
