Internalization of SBO 2024 BPS Maluku Province: Measuring the Implementation of Moral Culture

#SahabatData - (11/25). The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Maluku Province carried out the Internalization of the 2024 Organizational Culture Survey (SBO) activity. This activity took place in the Hall of the BPS Office of Maluku Province which was attended by all ASN BPS of Maluku Province.

The Head of BPS of Maluku Province, Maritje Pattiwaellapia said that the SBO was carried out to measure the implementation of the BerAKHLAK culture in achieving the targets of the change management program to support the goals and organization of BPS as a whole. "ASN BPS of Maluku Province are expected to be able to understand and implement the values of BerAKHLAK in each of them and always adjust to good cultures in one organization," said Maritje in her direction.
