BIMTEK TU BPS MALUKU PROVINCE 2024: REALIZING BETTER ADMINISTRATION

In order to improve ASN competence in implementing and completing various tasks in the General Section, as well as a form of fulfillment of 20 JP, the Central Statistics Agency of Maluku Province held the Opening of the General Section Technical Guidance held at the Amaris-Ambon Hotel (7/11). The activity was opened by the Head of the General Section, Johnny Tuhumury. The TU Technical Guidance was attended by 67 participants consisting of 21 participants from the BPS of Maluku Province and 46 participants from all representatives of the Regency/City TU.

In his remarks, he said that this activity is important in minimizing administrative errors that can have a major impact, both in terms of costs and quality of service, thus resulting in better administration. "The Technical Guidance helps employees understand the correct procedures and policies to minimize these errors," he said.

The Technical Guidance will be held for 2 effective days, 7-8 November 2024. In this Technical Guidance, the materials presented vary related to planning, finance, HR and Law, General and Procurement of Goods and Services. The resource persons come from within the BPS of Maluku Province and externally from KPPN Ambon and KPP Pratama Ambon.
