Sectoral Statistics Development: Strengthening the Capacity of Sectoral Statistics Organizers

#Sahabatdata - Thursday (25/4/2024) Head of Maluku Province BPS, Maritje Pattiwaellapia, together with the Maluku Province BPS Sectoral Statistics Development Team (PSS) visited the Maluku Province Tourism Office and the Maluku Province Manpower and Transmigration Service as Organizers of Annual Sectoral Statistics 2024.

The visit to the Maluku Provincial Tourism Office was received by the Secretary of the Maluku Provincial Tourism Office, Salmin Saleh. "BPS Maluku Province as the Statistics Guidance Agency can provide capacity strengthening to the Maluku Province Tourism Office in relation to the implementation of Sectoral Statistics Activities," he stressed.

The Maluku Province BPS PSS Team continued their visit to the Maluku Province Manpower and Transmigration Service which was received by the Secretary of the Maluku Province Manpower and Transmigration Office, Muhammad Tayib Banjar. Maritje hopes that this Sectoral Statistics Development can provide outcomes related to the implementation of sectoral statistics for OPD within the Maluku Provincial Government.

The implementation of Sectoral Statistics is then evaluated through EPSS Activities (Evaluation of Implementation of Sectoral Statistics). The EPSS process is already underway and must continue to be monitored, especially by the OPD which is the locus and the Internal Assessment Team (TPI) of the Maluku Provincial Government.
