Socialization of ASN Core Values with AKHLAK

#SahabatData - Monday (22/04), at the Maluku Province BPS Hall, the 2024 BPS Maluku Province ASN Core Values (BerAKHLAK) Socialization activity took place. In her speech, the Head of Maluku Province BPS, Maritje Pattiwaellapia, said that the ASN Core Values were AKHLAK which consists of 7 (seven) values, namely Service Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive and Collaborative, so that they can be understood and applied well with the aim of supporting work productivity in the bureaucracy.
The socialization delivered by Widyaiswara Young Expert from the Human Resources Development Agency of Maluku Province, Marsye Fera Kalahatu, took place smoothly and interactively through discussions with participants who attended in a hybrid manner. "The task of ASN is to align the understanding of core values with behavior in the world of work, while the challenge is to actualize moral values in daily work," he stressed.
