MALUKU PROVINCE BPS CONTINUES TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF PUBLIC SERVICES

#SahabatData - The Republic of Indonesia Ombudsman's Maluku Province Representative Maladministration Prevention Team, Semuel Hatulely and Yuni Astuti Soulissa, had the opportunity to conduct an assessment and provide recommendations regarding the implementation of Maluku Province BPS Public Services (19/12).

Criticism and suggestions were submitted to improve the quality of Maluku Province BPS public services, including, to pay more attention to human resources and supporting facilities and infrastructure for the delivery of public services.

Head of BPS Maluku Province, Maritje Pattiwaellapia along with the entire BPS Maluku Province Public Service Team who are also members of the Maluku Province BPS Bureaucratic Reform Task Force for Improving the Quality of Public Services, were present to gain insight in order to improve the quality of public services at BPS Maluku Province.
