LOOKING FOR SOLUTIONS TO OVERCOME EXTREME POVERTY IN MALUKU

Ambon, 1/9 - Head of BPS Maluku Province, Maritje Pattiwaellapia, was present as one of the speakers at RRI Ambon's invitation to the Maluku Aspiration Interactive Dialogue with the topic OVERCOMING EXTREME POVERTY IN MALUKU. The dialogue which took place at Studio Pro 1 RRI Ambon also featured other speakers, namely Onesimus Soumeru, Head of Economic Affairs of the Regional Secretariat of Maluku Province, and joining via telephone line, the Acting Regent of Buru, Djalaludin Salampessy.

The dialogue took place dynamically discussing poverty, inflation and economic growth which are closely related to each other as well as the Maluku Provincial Government's efforts to reduce the level of poverty in Maluku Province. At the end of the dialogue session, Maritje did not forget to highlight the implementation of the Complete Data Collection on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperatives (PL-KUMKM) 2023 which will be held by BPS Maluku Province in 4 Regencies/Cities, namely Tanimbar Islands Regency, Central Maluku Regency, West Seram Regency and Tual City .
