MALUKU PROVINCE BPS CONTINUES PROCESS OF SECTORAL STATISTICAL DEVELOPMENT GROWTH

Another stage in the series of determining the Statistical Development Index took place at the Manise Hotel - Ambon (28/08). The Provincial Plenary Evaluation of the Implementation of Sectoral Statistics (EPSS) for Maluku Province in 2023 was attended by the Agency Assessment Team (TPB) of BPS Districts/Cities throughout Maluku Province.

Maritje Pattiwaellapia as Head of BPS Maluku Province led the Plenary which aims to harmonize the maturity level of each indicator in EPSS 2023 within the Regency/City Regional Governments throughout Maluku Province. "Joint coordination and collaboration is needed in organizing statistical activities to produce quality statistical data," hoped Maritje.

Together with the BPS Regency/City Sectoral Statistics Development Team throughout Maluku Province, there were also participants from the Maluku Province Maritime and Fisheries Service and the Maluku Province Environmental Service, at the Sectoral Statistics Development Commission. Maritje hopes that the Implementation of Sectoral Statistics Development can continue to be improved so that OPDs are able to carry out sectoral statistics independently.
