REALIZING COMPETENT "ST2023 REGIONAL INSTRUCTORS", BPS PROVINCE OF MALUKU HELD TRAINING

The 2023 Agricultural Census series of activities continues. Monday, March 6 2023, the ST2023 Complete Enumeration Regional Instructor Training (INDA) took place online which was opened directly by the Head of the General Section representing the Head of the BPS Province of Maluku.
”Different from previous trainings, this time BPS uses the Fun Learning method. This learning is developed in order to shape the character of the learner as a process of realizing the Learning Organization. All learning activities are carried out through the Employee Competency Warung Learning Management System (LMS)“, explained Johnny Tuhumury in his speech.
In submitting the implementation report, the Class Manager, Tupa Tampubolon, stated that the number of participants included National Instructors, Regional Instructor Candidates, Class Managers, LMS Managers, Sit-in participants as many as 61 people from Provincial and District/City BPS.
